This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The attitude from the staff was completely unacceptable, and the bartender was especially rude and unprofessional. The way they treated myself and my girlfriend while pouring our drink was completely out of line. The bartender chose to slam our drinks down spilling half of it from each glass. Once we called her out on it she proceeds to then say she didn't have to accept our order. As well as she had been working there all day, as if that's an excuse to treat PAYING customers that way. Instead of simply providing decent service or taking accountability for her mistake she chose to call my girlfriend out of her name. Because we spoke up about the way our drinks were handled. Working a normal shift is not an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. Everyone has a job to do, and customers should not have to deal with someone’s attitude simply because they expect basic courtesy and competent service. What makes this even more concerning is the establishment’s reputation for allegedly treating people differently based on race. After experiencing the disrespect firsthand, I will never come back nor will I recommend this p

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The attitude from the staff was completely unacceptable, and the bartender was especially rude and unprofessional. The way she acted while pouring my drink was completely out of line. Instead of simply providing decent service and taking responsibility for the delay, she had an attitude and tried to justify the poor service by saying she was working an average 8-hour shift. After experiencing the disrespect firsthand, I can understand why people have serious concerns about this place.Save your time and money and go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE. There are plenty of businesses that will treat you with respect and appreciate your business. This place clearly did not, and based on my experience, I will never be coming back. If I could give this place zero stars, I wou

I have been a regular customer at Little Italian in Naperville and have always enjoyed the food, which is why I'm genuinely disappointed to write this review. Today's pizza was well below the standard I've come to expect. I ordered a King-size pizza with three toppings, but there were hardly any toppings on it. It felt more like a plain cheese pizza than what I had ordered. I understand Fridays can be extremely busy, but that shouldn't come at the expense of quality. Regular customers return because they trust they'll receive the same great food every time. Unfortunately, today's order did not meet that expectation and was very disappointing. I hope this was just a one-off experience and that you'll maintain the quality that has kept me coming back over the years.

Large slices for $4 The crust is perfection. Slightly doughy on the top under ingredients and crispy without being burned or charred on the bottom. Service was also fast and exceptionally pleasant. Only left a 4/5 star on atmosphere because I can't really speak on that aspect as I didn't dine in their establishment and only grabbed a couple slices from their carry out counter

Overall the food was good. They have Gluten Free 12" Pizzas ($16-17) which are good but pricey. If you like a thicker crust get the house crust. The service was quite bad overall with a couple bright spots. When we arrived we were the only ones in the dining area. By the time we left it was full. It's a smaller dining area than most restaurants but the waitress was pretty much non-existent. Drinks ran dry and she messed up an appetizer order. I chalk it up to being young and inexperienced..A lady from the back area, maybe the bar area came around to help and was fantastic. The parking lot is terrible and gets crazy full Friday nights so park in the second row or further if you don't want to feel like you're leaving a concert after dinner. Overall 7/10.
